Meet Caleb

Thirteen-year-old Caleb has completed 17 roundtrip flights with Wings of Hope from his home in Wichita, Kansas, to Shriners Children’s St. Louis. Caleb was born with a short femur bone, making his right leg shorter than his left, and had his first surgery at Shriners when he was three. Doctors expect him to finish medical treatment by the time he turns 15.

His mom, Crystal, says flying with Wings of Hope “helps get us back home to the family instead of spending long periods of time on the road” and has made Caleb’s medical journey “so much easier.”

100% of the proceeds from this airplane raffle support our mission of changing and saving lives through the power of aviation — Thank You!

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions

There are many factors that would prevent emails from making it into your inbox, but primarily the culprit is spam and junk mail filters intercepting your mail. Check your spam folder for your ticket number(s).

If you still don’t see them, no problem! Send an email to raffle@wingsofhope.ngo and request to have your ticket numbers re-sent to you. It is important that you include your first and last name, your mailing address, and your email address so that we can properly identify you in the database.

The drawing will be held on May 1, 2023. Specifics on the time and place will be made available on this page.

The ticket numbers contain three sets of information, separated by a hyphen:

(Order ID #) – (Raffle Campaign ID) – (Raffle Ticket #)

It is not our intention to make this look confusing. We use this system to prevent duplicate tickets from being issued during high rush ticket sales.

The cost of a raffle ticket is not deductible as a charitable contribution. The IRS considers a raffle ticket to be a contribution from which you benefit. If you receive a benefit from making a donation, you can only deduct the amount of your donation that is greater than the value of the benefit you receive. The IRS explicitly prohibits deducting the cost of raffle tickets as a charitable contribution.
