Medical Relief & Air Transport
Providing free medical air transport for patients needing specialized medical care unavailable locally. Serving 26 states within an 800-mile radius of St. Louis, we fly patients of all ages, with a focus on children facing rare and life-threatening conditions.
SOAR into STEM Program
Immersive Hands-On Learning
SOAR into STEM is a 5-week program designed for high school students through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world applications of STEM concepts in aviation. The program develops 21st-century skills critical for success in today’s workplace.

Strengthening communities
Wings of Hope’s Global Programs connects aviation-based non-profit organizations across the world to deliver medical and humanitarian aid to remote communities. With partners in eight countries, the Wings of Hope Global Programs build sustainable air service programs tailored to local needs

Wings of Hope is a global humanitarian nonprofit organization that has been serving communities since 1963. Based at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, MO, we help those in need with our Medical Relief & Air Transport (MAT) Program, SOAR into STEM Program, and Global Programs.

Volunteer Program
Wings of Hope thrives because of our dedicated volunteers. Over 200 volunteers contribute their time and expertise as pilots, mechanics, medics, patient hosts, event planning, data management, purchasing, administration, and more! Skilled volunteers help maintain our fleet, enabling us to provide critical medical access to those in need.
